Framing a picture really makes a difference. I have seen some fairly ordinary pictures that looked extraordinary because of an attractive frame or border. I always wanted to add border to atleast some of my photographs but did not know how. I got my hands on photoshop CS3 last week. One can see the difference that a good border can make.
